Trespassing tickets issued last January to 11 members of the Milwaukee Bike Polo Club for playing in a county-owned parking building may soon be dismissed. The group has secured a permanent play space on little-used tennis courts in Washington Park, satisfying conditions of a pending agreement with the district attorney’s office. Fixing up the courts off West Vliet Street should suffice for the community service element of the deal.

Barring an unforeseen change in circumstances, the tickets and the $263 fines issued for their illegal pickup game should be dismissed during a court appearance on July 6.
